SPARK 2017 创投嘉年华是在商务部投资促进事务局的指导下，由星火金融主办的一次创投大会。我们致力于将本次大会打造成一个真正的国际创投会议，现已邀请了来自中国、美国、以色列等地的优秀创业团队和投资

The carnival is sponsored by VCSPARK, and guided by the Ministry of Commerce of People's Republic of China. In purpose of forming a real international event, we had invitedmany excellent startups and investors from China, US and Israel.
